Activities supported
This program supports optimisation, integration and demonstration of cost effective and interoperable solutions, including testing of new technologies and systems in real life situations. The solution should be based on open standards and ensure compatibility with various smart grids.
Requirements
The applicant must be a consortium of at least 3 different unrelated legal entities in 3 different Horizon 2020 affiliated countries.
Financing
The Commission considers that proposals requesting a contribution from the EU of between EUR 3 and 4 million would allow this area to be addressed appropriately. Nonetheless, this does not preclude submission and selection of proposals requesting other amounts. Funding rate is 70% for profit seeking organizations and 100% for non-profits.
