This program supports the development of solutions that use low grade heat sources for heating and cooling.
Activities supported
This program supports the development, demonstration, validation and efficiency improvement of systems that either use low grade heat sources or upgrade them for use in heating, cooling or electricity generation.
Requirements
The applicant must be a consortium of at least 3 different unrelated legal entities in 3 different Horizon 2020 affiliated countries.
Financing
The Commission considers that proposals requesting a contribution from the EU of between EUR 3 and 4 million would allow this area to be addressed appropriately. Nonetheless, this does not preclude submission and selection of proposals requesting other amounts. Funding rate is 100%.
